1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the item:

  • Is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • Includes all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electrical components or parts (e.g., sensors, modules)

  • Fluids, oils, or chemicals once opened

  • Custom-ordered or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use), we may contact you to arrange return shipping back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We may offer product exchanges for eligible returns if stock is available. If not, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including reshipping or refunding as appropriate.

7. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on returns of certain high-value or special-order items. You will be informed of any applicable fee during the return process.
